Something is always broken. For over a month now the triple foam hasn’t touched the passenger side of the car and only hits the center to partial driver side. Most of the guys that work there are miserable looking with no customer service skills. You’re collecting money (good money at that) from a lot of customers, the least you could do is keep things running smooth and have more than one friendly face there. Stay away. Don’t go there. Awful experience at this car wash. They scratched my car. I just read other reviews with the same issue. When I called them to cancel my subscription they said they couldn’t refund me.
Cheap but you have to vacuume your self but beats the 22 buck car wash as long as you take the regular wash and fast most car washes take uo to 40 minutes this place under 10 minutes stay away from rain ex application it's awfull at night should it rain and it went up 1 dollar 13 cheap wash still a bargun 13 bucks a bargin add all the extras but why
I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with this establishment. I hope the individual I interacted with was not the owner or manager, as the treatment I received was far from acceptable. I paid for a car wash, yet was told I needed to pay for a second wash because the first one did not clean the car adequately.
