Alexa has been a joy to talk and deal with on anything happening here at Huntington Exchange. Answers all my questions and makes life easy.
The time I have spent here is genuinely an overall positive experience, moving in is easy with a loading bay and two elevators, parking is ample and rarely an issue, and the apartments themselves are well laid out. The management here initially was positive and took a step downhill (see all the other reviews) but has taken a massive upswing with Alexa and her team. Where do I even begin? I was the first person to move into this building and it was just issue after issue. The pipes burst in the main entry way flooding the first floor of the building on multiple occasions. At one point the building had absolutely no running water for 3 days straight, you couldn’t even flush a toilet and management was rude and dismissive about it and did nothing to help the residents nor did they give any information about what was going on. Amazing apartment complex! Spacious, modern units with great amenities—great views, Wi-Fi, gym, and friendly staff. Super clean and well-maintained. Perfect location, too. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
