I used the atm outside of the bank this morning, and got a message on the screen that read “sorry this transaction cannot be completed. It never dispensed my money, but took it out of my account! It did not print out a receipt also. As usual, the dispute will take 10+ days to be refunded/resolved. That was ll the money I had left.
