Nice looking bank, warm greeting from the teller. After being here over a year and hearing good things we finally made time to go open a local account. 4 different bankers sitting in glass offices by themselves. We sat for ten minutes. There were people sitting ahead of us. We left and went to lunch. Maybe making an appointment will get you going faster, but walking in will have you sitting and waiting. And waiting. And waiting.
Customer service isn't the best I was a victim of fraud and I came into the bank wanting to get some help because the customer service number wasn't picking up. Megan came out over I could tell by the look on her face and body language she didn't want to help at all. She was extremely rude and not helping me get my issue resolved she just handed me a card with another number on and said to call and figure it out. This is was really upsetting and beyond rude. I would never recommend anyone banking with Huntington.
