Super fast and friendly customer service when I called!
I went into this branch to make business connections for a business I plan on starting. I made an appointment with a loan officer ahead of time letting them know my intentions and that I was coming in to get information not to borrow any money or open an account. I arrive 10 minutes early for my appointment and waited a half an hour for my appointment and when I finally was called back he refused to answers my questions about the banks history and his history as a loan officer.
