Been a Huntington Bank customer for over 35 years and have had all of my loans through them as well as having multiple savings and checking accounts. Today at the 600 S. High Street branch we experienced the worst customer experience from the MANAGER AUSTIN at a Huntington Bank. He did not want to do his job, did not get up to even greet us and basically was not familiar with Huntington Bank or their processes. To only have 1 teller at a near downtown branch at 4pm is probably the worst customer service. Been waiting 20 minutes already with the same person at the window and there’s 8 people in line! I’ll be going to a different bank.
Very friendly staff. Easy in and out. Also a drove through.
