Convenient ATM IDGF about customer service.
Horrible costumer service !!!! My appointment that I made 2 days ahead to open a CD was canceled 10 min before the appointment. I had a promotion that was expiring the same day. Take your money somewhere alse!!!!
Terrible customer service and their ATM's are terrible. I deposited cash into the ATM and it did not show up in my account. It is taking me several days to get it fixed. And I needed to pay my bills with that money. The bank reps and managers don't care. Do NOT bank here.
Worst bank branch I have ever been to!!! Waited 45 min in line for them to tell me at the end that they did not have any bills larger than $20!!!! Come on!!! We live in the US and its 21st century!!! First thing I'm doing is closing account with them!!!
