Very bad customer service and they made me wait 40 mins to deposit the check and every time we come here they do this
Terrible branch, without any explanation teller disappeared in back to prepare our cashier's check, after waiting long time we noticed she is serving other customers in the drive through.. she must messed that up as we see deposit instead of withdrawal in our bank.. sad is that she did not communicate that with us at all. Instead after about half an hour she brought the paperwork back to the other teller who finally gave us our check. Again, without any apology or explanation why we had to wait such a long time. Sad.. 😒
