The tellers are nice, but this bank is a total pain! When you call in you get the answering machine to leave a message and maybe get a call back the next day. The tellers can't handle any business with your account other than deposits or withdrawls. The online banking app is not user friendly. Not to mention they have held my husband's paycheck for more than 3 days when it is actually drawn from another Huntington account. Avoid this bank if you can. I've had a much better experience with US Bank!
