I didnt think a bank could be worse than TCF. I was wrong. They are closed all the time when they are supposed to be open. 50% of the time the ATM is down. How am I supposed to bank when I'm physically unable to because of their inconsistent hours and faulty equipment? 4 lanes open at drive through and only one teller, meaning I have to wait over 10 minutes to deposit money (because once again ATM is down). She says they are "required" to have all lanes open, even with no staff. But half the time I go they have ZERO lanes op... read more
