I had a very disappointing experience with Huntington Bank this morning. I attempted to deposit cash into my account using the ATM, and the machine took my money but never credited it to my account. This is extremely upsetting because I wasn’t trying to withdraw money — I was simply trying to put my own money into my account. I called customer service twice to get help. Both representatives verified my identity and collected all the correct information needed to access my account. However, both calls ended without resolution... read more
ATM was not excepting deposits. Staff stared at me at 15 til 9.
Terrible customer service. Staff member wanted to discuss my personal business over the counter after I requested to speak personally with a representative in the cubicle...and shut down my request before even hearing what I was actually there for...I will be reporting.
