Very unprofessional customer service. Closed account without telling us after having it unexpectedly frozen for 2 weeks. Do not come here.
They treat you like family
Worst customer service. Five bankers working and all are too busy to help one customer after standing here for 15 minutes. Another customer was tired of waiting and walked out. Branch manager needs to either clean house or be fired.
