I love the fact when I overdraft they have my back, but waiting in line takes wayyyyyyy to long...drive thru and in the bank.
I have had an account for 7 yrs and I love it. Closed my Chase account because I liked it so much.
The front desk lady was very nice and cooperative, would give two stars if the other teller wasn’t so rude. She tried proving me wrong with the 24 hour grace period which irritated me. Because she held a conversation with herself about it for a whole minute until I had to talk over her to tell her that wasn’t what I was here for. Wasted my time, and was no need to be rude when I’m the one going through financial difficulties. This event happened 04/23/2021 at 2:30 p.m
