Extremely rude staff, zero customer service experience. I used to walk into this branch a few years ago and it was great, they knew who you were. Nowadays the young kid at counter argues with you, has an attitude, doesn’t even look at you when he talks to you. The lady is rude and dismissive. I will probably transfer my account to a more friendly bank
