Great staff and service!
Prior to this branch, moving to this location from across Dequindre on 12 mile it was the most amazing bank ever the management was great loan officers were great. The tellers were great. Since it moved to this location, it is officially the worst bank I have ever had to use Other than one or two good interactions with one of the business account specialist however every other interaction with the business account specialist other than this one individual has been horrible. Little on the slow side. Go in for a quick deposit and took 15 minutes. I complained to the teller and she was kind of rude about it. Judging by these reviews, this seems like a chronic problem at this location.
This locations sucks! The atm is ALWAYS DOWN! Then you have to get out of the atm line and get in another one, just for them to take 15-20 mins for a simple deposit/withdrawal AND you can’t even do atm withdrawals after 9pm. God forbid, you want to go out on a Friday night. What kind of bank does that… trash!
Rude, slow service. Ridiculous fees.
