Today I visited this branch to ask about my new checking account promotion. It’s been over 90 days, and I still haven’t received the cash bonus. When I spoke with a teller, who is about 50 years old, she only looked at the bonus addendum and told me I wasn’t qualified because I didn’t keep $25k in my checking account. I just tried to cash a check from a person who has an account with this bank at this branch and I was told they charge $10. $10 to cash a check on the bank at that branch is insane. I would never go back to this place
Kept me waiting for over an hour then gave me appointment for a different day. Then kept me waiting again. Suddenly charging me fees also lied about refunding my fees. Waste of time waste of effort.
Sandra helped me and she was so patient with me. I had been receiving fraud texts for two days. Telling me that someone was trying purchase $600 at from my account and as soon as she says the text she instantly knew that those messages were fake. Sandra gave me peace of mind that day. She has excellent customer service I didn't feel rushed she took her time and made sure I at ease when I left. Thanks so much for assisting me Ms. Sandra.
The ATM is always messed up it's always unavailable I need to fix it pronto
