Kept me waiting for over an hour then gave me appointment for a different day. Then kept me waiting again. Suddenly charging me fees also lied about refunding my fees. Waste of time waste of effort.
Sandra helped me and she was so patient with me. I had been receiving fraud texts for two days. Telling me that someone was trying purchase $600 at from my account and as soon as she says the text she instantly knew that those messages were fake. Sandra gave me peace of mind that day. She has excellent customer service I didn't feel rushed she took her time and made sure I at ease when I left. Thanks so much for assisting me Ms. Sandra.
The ATM is always messed up it's always unavailable I need to fix it pronto

Prior to this branch, moving to this location from across Dequindre on 12 mile it was the most amazing bank ever the management was great loan officers were great. The tellers were great. Since it moved to this location, it is officially the worst bank I have ever had to use Other than one or two good interactions with one of the business account specialist however every other interaction with the business account specialist other than this one individual has been horrible.
