Worst location in history can't even find this place lol
On my business account, I closed it, got charged the $10 fee and then had a negative balance I had to argue about to get cleared away. This June 2025 on my personal account, same thing, charged the $10 fee right before closing and it was tacked on again the day after closing. Bank can't explain why, but I can't get proof I closed the account (needed for mother's medicaid---she's a beneficiary on my account) from corporate office "We don't issue account closing letters unless it's closed by us") or the branch manager. Evelin helped me deposit some cash when I was rolling with Apple Pay :) 11/10 very helpful and upbeat. The place was very clean and there’s an ATM in the vestibule that can be accessed after-hours with a Huntington issued card.
