The staff is extremely and friendly. Every time I go to the drive-thru, I'm in and out of there in a jiffy. I love this place!
I've been a customer at Huntington bank for about 15 years. I recently tried to make deposit through their ATM on Grand River road in Farmington MI. The ATM was apparently broken and stole part of the deposit, ( $10.00,) twice! I reported it immediately before I drove away. The bank supposedly did an "investigation." They said the incident didn't happen because I didn't have a receipt. The reason I didn't have a receipt is because the ATM didn't record the theft as a transaction. Im giving this review because of the Branch Manger Ms.Meghan, she went beyond and above for me and this isnt no cap....... After going through life changing events with employer, home, and health, the other employers of some Huntington Branches were unethical and lack human emotions. Ms.Meghan showed that theres still good people in our society and if she ever needed a kidney from me then I would be the first to her aid.
The lady at the window is unbelievable she made me wait a while to just make a simple deposit she had no one in line. She took my transaction and she waited at the window then she tells me I’m going to go take care of a customer in the bank and I’ll come back to finish your deposit?? Why did she even leave for when she was taking care of my transaction? That was rude she made me wait and it didn’t make sense how she jumped from one customer to another dropped what she was doing with my account to go to someone else. Will nev... read more
