By me being paralyzed from the neck down they help me show me courtesy as well as making sure everything is handicap accessible they give me a lot of love
Understaffed so it’s a little slow. Go inside for faster service.
Went there on 3-8-24 at about 4:15pm to cash a third party check. Both women working refused to do it. Told us no branch would do it..(stevensville did a week prior)..then we went to the other Benton harbor branch..and they did it with no problem. Pulling all my money from this place. Terrible customer service.
