I used the bathroom, I had my skateboard a backpack and a duffle bag and the lady accused me of being homeless, and told me I can't usr the bathroom, there anymore, extremely rude
They just have no idea what they are doing. Simple as that
Terrible service w negative attitude I belive is Karen the teller making faces wile i correct her by telling her that I'd card and passport are 2 diferenten things...because she said both documents are the same ..ask to speak to the manager again with actitud and making faces she responded she is busy..by the way I was trying to cash a check with valid documents..to bad I have to give her 1 star if I have other choice she is not getting any
