Absolute worst customer service by David Weber, incompetent and zero respect for customers
ATM took my money right before it broke down and restarted, they filled a dispute but when I called they said they couldn’t find it. The bank said something similar happened 3 times but they didn’t put an “out of order” sign on it. Very upset.
I wanted to give a special shout out to Janette! I have had the pleasure of having her assist me a couple of times. She is super friendly and welcoming! She helped me today when I came in to withdraw money due to my card being stolen. She quickly helped me with that and then noticed that my new card hadn’t been ordered yet! I was surprised because I had been here the day before to order a new card but apparently that teller didn’t submit it! I am so glad she caught that!
