Most of the time I come here for the convenience of using the atms inside the building at the IDS tower. Frequently though it seems like they can’t even keep the atms running properly. Just frustrating.
One person working in the entire building at 2 PM in the afternoon is an absolute joke. Hire more people for the love of god

I occasionally need to go into the bank. I'm always treated respectfully and promptly. I have direct deposit and have never had any problems with the bank in any way. I've been with them for a year and half now. I have no reason for switching to another bank. Very happy!
