It seems that at the end of the month every month the ATM machine is down . It has been happening for months so I either have to drive back around and come in or go to a different bank and be charged Atm fees. This is ridiculous that it is this way every month without it being fixed.i am disabled and having to come inside is difficult not that you care.
I deposited a check for 2500. The bank took 2500 in my account. It says I was negative 2500 called about this. They said they're well. We're waiting for the check to clear the check cleared, and then they denied the funds and canceled the check. Worst bank. This bank is an absolute joke. I deposited a check to them yesterday and this morning wake up to a message stating my funds will be on hold until the 10th of October. I contacted customer care and they told me they verified the funds and have are pending collection from the issuing bank. They refuse to release any of the funds to my account. By law they are required to provide at a minimum 200 per day until the check clears. They are refusing to do this which is a violation of federal law. I will be filing a complaint agains... read more
I’ve been banking with this bank since it switched over from TCF to Huntington and they have always been incredible everywhere especially here at the location closest to my house. The customer service is top notch, everyone is extremely helpful and incredible. I’ve gone in here multiple times with issues that I needed to resolve when my wallet was stolen, when I couldn’t figure out how to transfer money, and when my card was compromised.
