CHRIS was absolutely amazing today and extremely helpful! He went above and beyond my desired expectations and I am so grateful that this is where I bank because of people like him! This branch ATM is always not working so I have to go inside were only 2 tellers working with people doing 6 yes of banking are ahead of me which is fine they have that right then one guy just staring at a computer think he would open a lane nope he too important I have to wait for there ATM not being operational happens consistently no way to run a business
It seems that at the end of the month every month the ATM machine is down . It has been happening for months so I either have to drive back around and come in or go to a different bank and be charged Atm fees. This is ridiculous that it is this way every month without it being fixed.i am disabled and having to come inside is difficult not that you care.
I deposited a check for 2500. The bank took 2500 in my account. It says I was negative 2500 called about this. They said they're well. We're waiting for the check to clear the check cleared, and then they denied the funds and canceled the check. Worst bank.
