Very bad service at this branch. They said they will not honor online promotions for new account opening. Promotional email clearly said to visit the branch. The banker I spoke to was Abdul. When requested if I could get it confirmed with a manager, he refused and said he was the manager. Finally Got my account created at a different branch in Edina Cub Foods with the promotional bonus without issues.
