Excellent service, Amazon transaction took money out of my account I didn't authorize, Huntington got it all back for me..
If you want to mobile deposit checks, go elsewhere. Customer service that speaks the same language and you, AND can do anything more than tell you to drive to a branch location, and talk to a teller? Go elsewhere. The last of what was left, as far as reasons I ever opened an account with TCF, are so long gone, Homer might right a sequel to The Odyssey about it. Worst bank ever. This branch looks nice only on the outside. They ignore clients, don't call back, and lie. Avoid this bank at all costs. Free checking is the only thing you can have here. For your own peace of mind, avoid this bank.
