Tried to close out my late grandma's account and one of the people we worked with seemed to have zero idea what she was doing and it took way longer than it should have. We did end up getting it successfully done, but should not have been that difficult.
The worst Bank ever! Stay far away from them.
Worst bank in America. Still just as predatory and shady as TCF, they just painted it green.
Have been here many times over the last 2 years. Have always been treated well, politely and with respect. Haven’t seen any of the issues listed by others
