The teller was extremely helpful with an issue I was having.
Decided to take advantage of their notarial services. I am a notary myself but can't notarize my own documents. Took a document that was both in Spanish AND English to get notarized and the Banker stated she could not notarize because she couldn't read Spanish. I pointed out that the document was in both English and Spanish and that her duty is to attest that the person signing the document is who they say they are and that they have a valid id NOT the validity of the document itself.
