Holey Moley. I'm over this garbage bank and this location is the worst one. ATTITUDE PROBLEMS AND ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Avoid at all costs.
I can't speak to Huntington Bank as a financial institution, as I don't have much experience in dealing with them. I primarily use 5/3, but my parents were lifetime Chemical Bank customers who briefly became PNC customers, and ultimately became Huntington Bank customers. When they both died and I took over their estate affairs, I spent A LOT of time in the Mount Pleasant branch working through things. People make the difference! I've banked at the current Huntington location going back to when it was a Chemical Bank branch. To an extent, banks are banks, but to go somewhere and be happily greeted by name and taken great care of by folks who are (or at least seem to be) having a good time makes such a positive impact. So long as the people are there, this is my bank!
Wanted two forms of ID and took 10 dollars to cash a check from one of there costomers. Also addressed me but Mt middle name
They closed my account without calling me letting me know what they did. NO PHONE CALLS OR ANYTHING.
