The Uptown location's limited hours make my life harder, especially the loss of 24-hour access to the ATM. The banking experience was much, much better with TCF.
They harassed me as I was trying to get a lime bike outside there building and got harassed by some annoying women shouting to drown out any noise and proceeded to the eating to call the police on me,if that doesn’t show lack for critical thinking and blatant power complex I don’t know what does, so maybe don’t put your money here, can you trust them
the tellers are polite & do everything thst they can to help you; but it its weird inside like some type of gen z minnimalist decor its actually very ugly inside. banks should look amazing.

I'm not sure what is taking so long at this specific location. I have been in here many times in line and had to leave because the clerks take so long to do simple transactions. I've never had this issue at any other location. I watched 2 people leave behind me because it was taking way to long.....
