felt very unwelcome and stereotyped. would never return to this brand of bank to be a prospective customer. not a bank that cares about people, only making money.
Came into the bank today on April 3rd,2023 to get a letter notarized. I was in line for 15min waiting one teller opener and to other tellers working on something else. I had 5 customer behind me. Finally the manager comes over and opens up she calls me next.
