I had an issue with my apartment shr
The ladies here are amazing! They take such great care of me every time I come in! The branch staff is very knowledgeable you can tell they are actually sincere and caring. Best bank I’ve ever came across!
This location is ghetto! I took my 3 children to this location so that my daughter can open her first bank acct. I’m currently pregnant as well. First, they only allowed us in one at a time, meaning the doors were locked and you had to stand outside. So it took me and children about 5 minutes just to walk through the front door. Then when I told them why I was there (so my daughter can open her first bank account), they told me they couldn’t do it because it was only 2 tellers there, & that I would have to come back. Cashed a check they could not cash! Awful bank. Judgemental to say the least. They were not helpful at all!
