Had a snafu with my bank account. They fixed it right away.
They are getting slower and slower. Lately it's been taking way too long to get in and out of this bank. If they dont fix it I will have to change locations.
The current manager is the reason im not going back.
My bank account was hacked Friday night Sept. 20th 2024. Went into to the bank the next am and spoke to a MANAGER and they NEVER filed the dispute! Never put in for new debit card. When I called in about never receiving my debit card, they were going to charge me to have it expedited when I should had received it already! And they never mentioned after I had explained about my account being hacked they never told me there was never a dispute put in the system!
