I get good service here. I have been with this bank through all its business changes over the years. They helped me get an excellent credit rating and they do have a lot of various investment programs, and there are a lot of branches that are open 6 days a week
Not a helpful bank for services they offer, and not a helpful manager here either. I would not go to this location if you are a member. It would be nice if they actually understood what a customer is asking for and offer solutions instead of just saying no. Also, not able to understand complex paperwork and documents.
service can be very good or just plain terrible at this location, mixed bag. But sometimes when you have to wait 30min for a deposit when you are the one of 2 customers it just ruins the whole process. As that should never happen.
I absolutely love Hunting some bank. I will stay with him to the day. I take my last breath. They help me out in difficult times and I truly truly will always be a faithful customer.
