Anytime I ask for Roll of quarters the teller says we don’t have roll of quarters that’s not good. The teller should have roll of quarter whenever customers ask
The worst branch. I deposited $420 dollars and received this error message without having my cash returned to me. So my cash deposit is now missing. Called the branch just to have some boy who doesn’t know what he’s talking about being dismissive and essentially telling me there’s nothing he can do… I’ve had this happen with Chase Bank before and they immediately credited my account with my missing $ when I called. Horrible bank. I have a joint account with my elderly mother and money was stolen off the card. My mom can't go outside and her card has only ever been used for atm transactions. I opened 2 investigations and they still refuse to give my mother back her money. They claim they were authorized just because she didn't lose her card. I don't understand why this bank doesn't understand how scammers work. They can access your information without having the physical card. They just don't want to help.
