Usually I received good service here but today was definitely an exception. It took 2 representatives to help 1 person for 10 minutes, then another customer walks up and they separate to help him, another man walks up and they say I'll be right with you while simultaneously disregarding me standing there for 16 minutes. I literally had to yell, hey I'm in line too. Huntington is such a bad bank.

I love Huntington Bank formally known as Tcf Bank. Exceptional customer service from all the staff especially Brian & Roland. I highly recommend the Highland Park branch!
