Called to renew a CD to new higher rate and was told after years of no word on my account, I would have to drive the 50 miles to take care of this. I will drive in to cancel get my money out of your bank and move it to some place closer to me!!
After waiting 15 minutes in the lobby. While 1 person helped 5 people. The lazy girl finally decided to help the only other person working. I go to cash a check and they want 2 forms of ID. We'll the one form of ID. You need 3 forms to get threw the state of michigan. She tells me she can't help me when I gave her my license. Chums corner office is a joke. drive-through is extremely slow and they do not practice first come first serve with the people that walk in versus the people that come through the drive-through I watched two people come in and get served in the lobby before I was served out in the drive-through I was the only car there
Do not go here if you're in a rush. Slow service for simple transactions.
