Hello! All the reviews I’ve read are years old. The new Huntington is wonderful. This is the best bank around. Yes it’s a busy branch in summertime A hometown bank like this is a gem. All the associates are top Notch and really are protective of their clients (I.e. theft and scammers).

TERRIBLE! Nobody answers the phone, and when they do and you need to speak to a manager, you’ll leave your number 3-4 times and NEVER receive a call back! They will charge you fees on your SAVINGS, and then say that they fixed it and it won’t really be fixed and unbeknownst to you, you’ll be racking up the fees on the account and they will refuse to credit ALL of the money back to you and act like they did you a service by just giving you back SOME of your money, but not all of it.
