TERRIBLE! Nobody answers the phone, and when they do and you need to speak to a manager, you’ll leave your number 3-4 times and NEVER receive a call back! They will charge you fees on your SAVINGS, and then say that they fixed it and it won’t really be fixed and unbeknownst to you, you’ll be racking up the fees on the account and they will refuse to credit ALL of the money back to you and act like they did you a service by just giving you back SOME of your money, but not all of it. Pitiful ! I only keep a bare minimum in this bank to have immediate access to cash for emergencies. Service level is terrible, interest rates on deposits are a joke .
