ATM out of service,got skiped on the drive thru and made it long wait for a simple transaction, make me fill out a form, and attitude from the clerk.
The ATM charged my card, but did not dispense the cash. The bank manager was unhelpful in resolving the situation.
Slow as hell even when fully staffed.
Still. The. Worst. Bank. Ever. Call the main #'s and no one answers, leave a message? Really? Finally talk to someone and they try transfer you but disconnect you. Call back. Can't get a straight or correct answer once you get a live person. Most customer unfriendly bank I've ever seen, banker Nate is clueless. Closing acts today.
