I had a very bad experience closing out accounts from my brother's estate. It took 13 months to complete!! Between Huntington's legal dept.(located in Ohio) failure to have systems in place AND this bank's management failure to return phone calls or emails I can not recommend this bank to do your business. The legal dept. didn't know Minnesota law. The manager and bankers are not sufficiently trained to be effective liason between the customer and Huntington's legal dept.! SO FRUSTRATING!!! This branch is severely understafffed. You have to wait in the drive thru 15 minutes to just make a deposit. When it was TCF bank never had this problem . I have banked with What was TCF since the 1970s . What a shame that today this bank is so poorly run. The people working there are polite but can’t blame them for the poor understaffed service. What a shame.
Won't open account on Saturday because they require appointments when it's not convenient for customers.
This location is severely understaffed, and I won't return! Waited 15 minutes in drive thru to cash a check. The teller apologized for the wait; she was the only one working both the drive thru and walk-ins (this was during the lunch hour).
After having a terrible experience at a different company unrelated to a banking issue, I needed to turn off my current card and get a temporary one, so I went to Huntington and it was a breath of fresh air when I walked in and was greeted by April. I really appreciate her warm welcome and great personality throughout our interaction.
