wow these people at the 1 in darien reallly has stepped up and the help i get its really impresssive. IM STICKING WITH THEM
My family’s experience with this branch suggests that these people, are neither detailed oriented nor trained in customer service. They have made errors in typing that have resulted in checks being rejected by a clearing house. When asking for a manager for the next problem, the teller told me it was a thirty minute wait to talk to a manager, and walked away without offering a chair for me to sit in. Double check your documents and statements.
Maria and everyone at the Darien branch are extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommended this branch.
I will never refer anyone to bank at Huntington. i get different stories over the phone and in the branch. This is not good customer service.
