I seen alot of bad reviews, but my first time here and everyone seems nice and everything went smoothly so all good to me.
I did a currency exchange at a diff branch and dk what happened but took longer than anticipated to receive my money. A few days ago i went into the blaine branch to just see if there was any updates on it, and ( i think the girl helping me, her name is emily) someone give that girl a raise PLEASE rn rn rn, she put the work in to figure out where my money went. Bless her sm like thank you girl!!! finally figured out where those bills went thanks to her!!
I love this branch! Jayden is a keeper, so don't lose him! Great customer service from everyone I had contact with. Professional on all transactions. I had 2 TCF accounts, but opened a new account at this branch.
Jayden helped me with my refinancing. I appreciate the friendly and helpful experience!
