Went in one day for some help. I was the only customer and 3 employees, and when I asked for assistance they told me I had to come back because they were short staffed…as the 3 of them sat there staring at me….the only customer in their bank. And they were too understaffed to help me. I am kind of in disbelief, I wanted to set up an account for my daughter. I’ve had family working in the banking industry and you always want new accounts. Zero customer service, zero cares about growing their business.
Great location … always have a smile and can solve any issue!
