Everyone behind the counter is very helpful and friendly. Also, Jake and Taylor have recently helped me get qualified for a line of credit for my business. I really appreciate their help! This bank is far underrated
The workers are helpful and kind, but the ATM is always broken or not accepting checks. It's a waste of people's time.

I was traveling and had a lot of change in my car. I am not a customer of Huntington Bank but went inside to ask if I could leave my change in exchange for quarters. The CSR line I was in was NOT friendly at all. Didn't greet me, when I indicated what I would like, she stated she'd only do it this time and not in the future. It took her FOREVER to count the small amount of change. Then she'd put it in rows and recount. Different configuration of change and count again.
