Formerly TCF. Different name, Same bad reputation. Only two types of people bank here. You don't want to be either one of those types.
Change banks like yesterday
Literally the rudest employees, waited 20 minutes with 2 people in front of me, poorly staffed, just terrible. Even the setup inside is odd. Terrible experience.
Vary unprofessional and rude don't recommend
I've had an account with this bank (and a few others) for almost 50 years since it was Twin City Federal. I can't blame the business for being slow when it is the same all over. Those who complain must not go to many places since there are iines EVERYWHERE. No one wants to work anymore and the kids get their first paycheck and then they start calling in sick or are a 'no show' esp on weekends.
