I banked here for a long time, and when I went here to close my account, I expected to get hit with a wall of sales reps asking what they could do to meet my needs, but it was a quick and easy process, and I respect that. So I wanted to give them a good review.

I am not able to take my money out when I want. This is after they froze funds coming from Edward Jones because they thought it was something criminal. I'm not sure what Edward Jones has done but nothing to try to take my money that was just put into my account. I flew in from Florida to close my account and they teller who could more than care less doesn't close my account and gives me a check for the available funds but it's the wrong amount! It's a bank, and it has money that it will loan to entrepreneurs and others, also you can put money into a savings account and not have loose change at your house. Amazing right?
