The staff at this bank are always so kind and patient! My other bank royally messed up my wire transfer when I was trying to buy a house. I was absolutely freaking out. I ran to Huntington five minutes before closing, and Siva helped calm me down and made a plan with me for how to fix it. I then came in two days later to make the transfer, and Dan and Joseph were so helpful and professional. Siva even stopped by to make sure everything was going ok.

You’ll notice that every single Huntington Bank location has terrible reviews on Google Maps. It’s not just you. Laughably bad bank. I really started to believe that they were deliberately trying to prevent me from being able to use my own money. They blocked at least 5 different attempts to transfer money to external accounts, and I spent 20+ hours on the phone with them in the past 3 months resolving issues.
