You’ll notice that every single Huntington Bank location has terrible reviews on Google Maps. It’s not just you. Laughably bad bank. I really started to believe that they were deliberately trying to prevent me from being able to use my own money. They blocked at least 5 different attempts to transfer money to external accounts, and I spent 20+ hours on the phone with them in the past 3 months resolving issues. Employees were courteous and very helpful. They answered all my questions and made me feel welcome.
Took care of business
This location sucks. Waited for 20 minutes at the counter to cash a check from my business account and then was told that they can’t cash it and I will have to do a withdrawal. The supervisor was lazy and had no clue or knowledge about the process and procedures. Will never go back here.
Convenient location and outside ATM with deposit, and 3 lanes. Building is well appointed, service par for the course with large volume banks.
