Always friendly and helpful... excellent customer service at every branch I've been in. I love using the mobile app for checking my balance, checking my statement, looking at pending transactions, depositing checks and transferring money from one account to another. It's saved me from dozens of trips to the bank! I get a text message when an unauthorized person tries to use my credit or debit card. I took the time out of my day to apply online and their website said come in and see us! So I paid for a lift to get to this place and they said we only take appointments when it NEVER said that on their website! They are liars and rude and wouldn't take my dog hear
There were three bankers just standing there, and they told me, ‘We don’t have availability to open an account—you’ll have to come back tomorrow.’ And this was at 12:45 PM—not some unreasonable time or anything.
Had great service here and a convenient location but it is so incredibly inconvenient theyre closed on weekends.
Deposited a check for the 2nd time on Jan 31st l, which I usually get the checks cashed from the bank they come from, however they said it would be available in 1-2 business days. The next day I get an email saying there’s a hold until the 6th. Well today is the 6th, I called the bank to see what’s going on and apparently I don’t get the funds until tomorrow the 7th. A whole week to get a check cashed? This bank is terrible.
