Lori does an amazing job and is super helpful.
Thomas had a terrible attitude when I came in for help with getting documents printed and notarized today. He sat on his chair the whole time, didn’t get up to greet customers just sat in place as he said “I’ll be right with you” as if I was preventing him from doing his job simply because he told the other teller it would be okay to go to there car while he was actively helping me. Huntington (particularly mortgage officer Rich Kuchler) should be avoided at all costs. Despite being a preferred lender for a DPA fund I qualified for, Rich misled me from the start. He falsely assured pre-approval for my target amount, only for that not to actually happen at the end. While my application was in some sort of “review” stage due to my "unique circumstance", Rich in the mean time was giving me promises, timelines and other information and special considerations that turned out to be misleading and false.
