Not a bad review but an honest and deserved one. Kristiana Vicchy and her team messed up on my mortgage paperwork and got the interest rate wrong and our first payment date wrong so unlike everyone else who buys their first house we had to pay our mortgage the very first month bc of HER mess up. NEGATIVE 5 !! It used to be a great bank but they don't know how to fix the ATM and I'm about to switch banks. I have been with them since they were TCF and I am completely disgusted with their management. I just got charged a total of $10 for using an out-of-network ATM. What is my choice but besides go inside the bank and go through two metal detectors and a security guard?? Ridiculous. You should be out of business by now.
They're ATM has been broken for like months now I swear and they never called me back when I left them a voicemail about it. Plus they hit you with a bunch of fees.. Their new branch manager seem like a nice guy and said he might work with me on some things so I'm going to put my review at five stars for now. Nevermind he never did anything. The the ATM is broke again too and stole my money.
I'll honest to see if I can give negative Stars I would. This bank has caused nothing but problems from being locked out of my online account several times and having to go to the bank all the way to having money withdrawn from my account without my approval which is what I'm currently facing right now the sum of over $ 600 having been removed from my account without my approval wall I'm locked out needless to say I do believe I'm going to have to contact a lawyer and have to take legal action at this point. Wow are we impressed with this branch. Alejandra Cazares, our Customer Experience Banker is awesome. She is as good of a customer service representative as there is at any bank. She should be training and managing other people to be like her. We actually thought she was the branch manager based on her knowledge. Will definitely use this branch more often.
