This is a good bank with great customer service!!! I like the drive thru they are fast and steady. Not sure why they no longer have a coin machine.
I have never heard of a bank denying change because you don't have an account. And then limiting the amount of change you can get. Because one doesn't have an account they will not do cash for cash for more than $50.
Absolutely terrible customer service. Did not take me seriously when wanting to open a business account after banking with them for years. 10/10 suggest any other bank and I've banked with them since they were TCF. EMBARASSING all I can say.
I love the staff here very helpful and friendly.
Worst bank I’ve ever used, were a non profit organization that uses this bank and the tellers are absolutely never helpful. I swear they change the rules every single time I go in, they refuse to help in any way. When you call they’re always busy, she always takes my number and says she’ll call back and never does
