The worker lied and told me that I couldn’t cash my check because of an issues that they were having along with another location but if I deposited my check it would show right up… instantly according to him, Now my money still not in my account and it’s overdrawn. The job I work for is the only reason why I opened an account but once I get my money I will never do any service with this company again.
people sitting in this branch have no idea what they are doing...because of their mistakes, I Have had to complete the same thing a few times.
Went in person to this campus run bank. Super helpful employee, very kind. Just takes patience, they work hard.
Bad bank , you be on the call forever to speak with customer service… Money transfer takes forever
I had a slight mishap with the ATM eating my money and timing out which was really frustrating. I do have to say the ladies that have helped me with this situation have been so sweet and persist as well as transparent with actions and progress with my situation. So customer service I give a 5, I docked one star just due to the inconvenience of the original problem.
