Terrible we was told by cs Rep to go in to bank to fix our Acct on a Monday and all charges would be removed. My husband went in ask to talk to bank manager they told him to write a statement of what happened and bank manager would get back with him.it's Thursday no one has still got back to him we went from -51 to -375 for charges that we shouldn't be charged all are bank charges
