I don't like how they have remodled the banks. The way its designed you have this giant lobby with no seating and a very tiny off the side area for banking. Hardly any counter space.
I’m closing my accounts here because they’ve made too many mistakes when it comes to handling customers money. From placing money in wrong accounts and mis counting money. Gives you an uneasy feeling. I should be able to trust where I’m banking and putting my money at.
I stopped in here yesterday to make a deposit and the young man who waited on me was very courteous and professional. It was a very easy transaction. I'm surprised at the negative reviews, because I always have a good experience here.
