Early today, I called the main Huntington customer service number to inquire about my CD that had matured at the end of November. There was a "grace period" of ten days to renew or not. I was away, and missed the end of the grace period by 5 days (3 business days). It was a large CD, and I wasn't too concerned because everywhere else I bank renews at the same rate or current rate. Seriously don't waste your time with this joke of a company. They are the rudest tellers of the industry. They make your funds feel like their not yours and they refuse to shut down my account. I'm contacting an attorney right away.
