I went there because cadence bank folded or sold out or whatever and I was TOLD to go to the branch so I did and the manager had the audacity to tell me charging my phone is considered loitering 😂 are u serious I bank with them or use to because after the last review I read and my own experience l may need to take my money elsewhere. Comon sense is DEFINITELY not common anymore!!! He added he wa doing me a favor
We opened an account yesterday at Huntington Bank on Centennial and it was a wonderful experience. Greeted at the door by the manager, helped by a very kind and efficient teller, then a banker walked us through opening the account. He was genuinely curious about how Huntington could help us achieve our goals, and he patiently helped us connect our account to the app. Way recommend.
Their tellers don’t educate their members. Switched over to Wings Credit Union a while ago, and I just thought I would share that Huntington Tellers don’t take the time to educate their members on products and services they offer along with basic banking disclosures. Recommend closing your accounts here
The worst service ever. I am having a terrible experience. I do not recommend banking here.
